Every programme we create is tailored to the individual’s goals, environment,


and support needs.

Graded exposure and confidence‑building



Emotional well‑being strategies



Environmental adaptations and practical solutions, including adaptive equipment

We work collaboratively with clients and their support network and other clinicians


 to ensure that


the programme is realistic, effective, and sustainable.






Our occupational therapy assistants  may be involved in supporting


programme delivery, under direct supervision of the occupational therapist.





Individualised Training for Families &



Support Workers



Recovery is strongest when everyone understands and uses the same strategies.

practical, accessible training, often in collaboration with other clinicians



from the wider multidisciplinary team, covering:



  • How to support cognitive and executive function difficulties


  • Rehabilitation approaches for ABI


  • Consistent use of routines, prompts, and compensatory tools


  • Fatigue monitoring and pacing support


  • Behavioural and emotional support strategies


  • Maximising independence while keeping individuals safe




Training can take place at home, in the community, or via virtual sessions.
